angel in disguise
i’ve decided to write this post in all lower case letters. i’m holding a nursing toddler that moves very much and can’t be bothered with pressing the shift key:)
last night my mother in law got back in town from a 10 day trip to see her daughter (my sister in law) in vermont. frankie and i wanted to stop by so the kids could see her and we could all have dinner together. my step mom who had been visiting us (she lives downtown but comes by often to see the kids) said she would stay and watch a movie while we left. well 2 hours later i get back to a spotless house. the 3 baskets of laundry i’d left in the living room- folded and put away, the kitchen that was filled with dishes and pots- all washed and put away, floors vacuumed, trash in every bathroom gone, bed made… a load of laundry in. do you get the picture? spotless. best.feeling.ever. and best.step-mom.ever.
now today i get to enjoy my friday and this gorgeous weather!
